Changes to Patient Access Log-In

In line with their commitment to security, Patient Access have introduced a new multi-factor authenticator (MFA) log-in process. Users will be required to input a one-time-passcode (OTP) from an authenticator application to log-in.

They understand that this change may take some time to adapt to, and they have more information here to support users, as well as their Support Desk.
