If you are aged 65 or over appointments can now be booked online using Patient Access or the NHS App/NHS account. If you are in one of the at risk groups we will contact you shortly with a link to book.

If you are unable to use online services and are eligible for the vaccination please contact reception on 01829 732401 - option 1.

We kindly ask on the day please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked appointment and if you are able to walk to the health centre this will help to ease congestion in the car park.

Changes to Patient Access Log-In

In line with their commitment to security, Patient Access have introduced a new multi-factor authenticator (MFA) log-in process. Users will be required to input a one-time-passcode (OTP) from an authenticator application to log-in.

They understand that this change may take some time to adapt to, and they have more information here to support users, as well as their Support Desk.
