COVID-19 Spring Booster Vaccination

The NHS spring booster COVID-19 vaccination programme starts Monday 13th April 2026.

COVID-19 vaccination is an important part of protecting yourself if you're at increased risk of getting seriously ill from COVID-19.

The COVID-19 vaccines are offered because viruses change and protection fades over time. It's important to top up your protection if you're eligible.

Who should have the COVID-19 vaccine

You can get a COVID-19 vaccine this spring if you:

  • are aged 75 or over (including those who will be 75 by 30 June 2026)
  • are aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment
  • live in a care home for older adults

You can book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment onlin or in the NHS App now. If you are unable to use online services please ring 119, which is the NHS vaccination booking service. This service is free to call.

Appointments are available the Tarvin Vaccination Centre. Book an appointment online or just drop in weekdays 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm.

Please note we are not providing any COVID-19 vaccinations and we are unable to make the appointment for you.
