Option 1 – Reception - Our reception team deal with appointments, repeat medication requests, test results and sick notes. 
Option 2 – Secretary - Our secretarial team deal with referrals. Please note our secretaries do not make appointments, give out test results or deal with medication queries - please contact reception for any queries regarding these.

Due to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) please ensure you include 3 points of identification in your e-mail - name, date of borth and the first line of your home address. This is so we can correctly identify you. If 3 points of identification are not included we will have to return your email to you requesting the missing information.

The e-mail system of communication with the practice is not for advice or medical emergencies. Please do not use this email address for ordering repeat prescriptions, or to make or cancel appointments. This email address is checked twice a day (Monday to Friday) exluding weekends and bank holidays.

If medical attention or advice is required, please contact the practice or use PATCHS. Alternatively you can contact NHS 111 directly by telephone (all calls are recorded).

Important: If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

There is good access to all our consultation rooms. A designated parking bay is adjacent to the surgery entrance.  Please only use these spaces if you are a holder of a “blue badge.”  The surgery has a ramp and wide doors to allow for wheelchair access. There is a disabled toilet located in the entrance to the health centre.
